GMS Communication Server is a fully featured CRM tool set, integrating into existing organisation databases via ODBC and provides 3 primary services: Newsletter distribution, Targeted Custom mail-outs and Discussion Lists. Offering excellent scalability, GMS Communication Server licensing can cater for multiple lists, with up to 1 million members per list. In addition, GMS Communication Server enables highly targeted, customised email postings to multiple recipient groups.
The package will allow users to post a very large volume of email to a large number of users in a short space of time. There are full reporting features which allows administrators to view emails that have been sent, links that have been clicked on within emails, number of failures (bounce management) etc.
